There are many individuals that are worried about what a potential employer may find on their criminal background check when they apply for a job.  Although for most of these individuals, their fears are unfounded, there are some individuals that will be continuously denied a position of employment because of the information found on the criminal background check.  These individuals are interested in finding jobs that don't check your criminal background and would like to learn the best way to proceed with their job search.

If an individual is concerned about what will be found on their criminal background check, they must look for position where they do not have access to sensitive information, money, or children.  Many warehouse positions and call center jobs do not check your criminal background because it is almost impossible for you to harm the company.  Some small businesses will hire an individual without a criminal background check as well, as they do not have the resources of many bigger companies.
